Summer is here and it’s almost time for my birthday! If there’s one word that’s synonymous with this time of year, it’s fun. So what better way to kick off summer vacation than with a contest for a few Fun Factory favorites?
Yes, for my birthday I have requested that the fabulous folks at Vibrator.com assist me in hosting a Summer Splash Giveaway! We’ll be giving one winner the choice between three Fun Factory toys that come in bright, summery colors!
- Whirly: A dolphin-shaped dildo with a g-spot curve and an adorable little face. Available in turquoise or candy rose.
- Scrudy: A swirly textured dildo excellent for g-spot/p-spot stimulation. Vibrator.com has it in fuschia.

One of my fondest summer memories is from when I was little… like 9 or 10, my family had just gotten a puppy. Every summer, we’d fill up this kiddie pool in the backyard to play in, and of course the dog wanted to follow all of us kids wherever we went – only he didn’t like water. He’d still jump in the pool after us, though, and immediately get a kind of “D: why is this happening?!” expression and run off. The temptation of flailing kids must have been too much, though, because he just kept repeating his ‘ordeal.’ XD
I think the Scrudy looks the most interesting – and a pretty color.

My favorite summer memory is actually my fourth of July tradition. My family and I live out in the country and we always have a wonderful sedate fourth, driving around looking for fireworks. I lounge in the back-seat, my eyes half-closed, listening to Cat Stevens trough my headphones, occasionally looking up and seeing bright bursts of color across the sky. It’s very relaxing and meditative.

Travelling around San Francisco on the back of a bike… totally awesome city, and a fantastic part of my summer! I saw the golden gate bridge, went out to the countryside, saw some vineyards. Brilliant.

My favorite summer memory would have to be last year, hanging out on July 4th with my neighbors and just having an amazing time by the pool. I lived with a bunch of older ladies, so listening to them all crack sexy jokes while I ate smores and swam around was just the best to me. Totally my adopted second family.

I want the Scrudy in Fuschia.
My best summer memory was the summer of 1978 I was 14 and had only become aware of my effect on guys the previous spring. My mother had just gotten remarried and he had two son one 9 mo younger than me and one 3 yrs older. All of us (teens) slept on the porch on the nights when it was unbearably stuffy in our cabin and my best memory is of pretending to be asleep as R would lightly brush his hand over my thigh, cleavage or neck. We never did more those nights on the porch but they were so full of young lust and forbidden pleasures that hot summer nights always take me back to the front porch of that cabin.
