Review: Eden Toy Pouch

I have been searching, for months, for nice looking storage bags. I’ve got so many silicone sex toys (and other materials) that are known not to play well together and I’ve been keeping them separated by wrapping them in saran wrap. I know it doesn’t matter because it’s just me and my husband who see them, but I wanted something nice looking. I could not believe that no one had requested the Eden Toy Pouch for review yet!

I did and I’m here to tell you that it is absolutely gorgeous.

The pouch is 10 1/2″ long x 4 3/4″ wide, which should be a suitable size for most toys.  The outer layer is a black(it comes in purple too!) faux suede and the inner layer is a pink satin, both made from polyester. There is a thin cotton liner between the two fabrics. The outside of the bag is embellished with a jeweled green and pink EdenFantasys company logo. It’s quite tastefully done. The top of the pouch closes with two braided ropes. From the top to the drawstring is about an inch of fabric, so if you wanted to keep it closed you would want to store toys that were about 9″ long or shorter. Most dildos that people own are going to be suited to fit this bag.

The stitching is exquisite. Not a stray thread or crooked seam to be found. Everything is nicely turned in and finished, giving it a very clean and high quality look. You could certainly bring this along on an overnight trip to your partners, maybe even tucking a few condoms, a toothbrush and some panties inside.

The only real downside I can notice is that the price for the embellished bag is a bit much when compared to the price of the plain bag. I happened to get an unembellished one with a glass dildo from EdenFantasys this week and it is exactly the same in size and quality as this one, so it’s just a matter of taste and money. The plain bag is, of course, more discreet, but this one is really, very pretty. My husband kept making remarks about how the price was too much for a bag until we got this one in the mail and he said ‘Oh, that? That’s worth the price.’

Boys, huh?

I don’t foresee you needing to launder the bag very frequently, but if you do, do it by hand and let it air dry. It’s stitched well and I’m sure it would stand up to the washer, but you don’t want the material to fade or the embellishments to come off.

Are you looking for something pretty to tuck a toy or two in? Something discreet to travel with? This really is a great product. If you’re needs are for something a little bigger, there’s plenty of other storage available at EdenFantasys.

Review: Platinum Edition Personal Pleasurizer

My second California Exotics Sexpert product for review is their Platinum Edition Personal Pleasurizer. When it came in the mail I was pretty underwhelmed, but like a good sex toy reviewer I headed to the shower to give it a fair shot. I was very surprised with how much I enjoyed it. Despite the floppiness of the g-spot end, it was quite stimulating. I even squirted a bit!

Onto the review, shall we?

The Personal Pleasurizer is a two-piece set. A small, plastic vibrator with a TPR, dual stimulator sleeve. The g-spot angle is easily recognizable. The clitoral stimulator is a series of short, soft, raised nubs. It’s available in a shimmery pink or purple. I got the purple. It’s more of a blue-ish purple than a red-ish purple. When you remove the sleeve, the top of the plastic vibrator is white.

The plastic vibrator runs on two-AAA batteries. There’s a rubber washer that prevents water from getting into the battery compartment, making it completely water proof. Whether you need to masturbate in the shower because of privacy issues or you just enjoy making bath time a little more fun, this is a great option for that.

It’s quite the little buzzer, producing the powerful surface vibrations you expect from plastic vibrators. It can be turned on via a small, clear button on the very base of the toy. Pressing it repeatedly cycles you through all of the functions until you eventually shut it off again. The functions are low, med, high, (all three are pretty strong) and 6 varied pulsing settings.

The TPR sleeve is very floppy, bendable and squishy. Most of the best g-spot stimulators are firm and give lots of pressure, yet somehow this one gives quite an enjoyable sensation. The insertable portion is about 2 1/2″ long and only about 1″ in diameter. It’s an excellent size for beginners. As many toys as I’ve tried, I loved it too, so I guess anyone could enjoy it.

The sleeve and plastic vibrator overlap enough to give you a sizable handle to grasp. This makes thrusting and rocking easier and more enjoyable. It’s pretty much the perfect size to cradle in your hand and keep your thumb on the button to change functions as needed.  The most pleasurizing (heeee) way I found to use it was to start off with short, quick thrusts to stimulate the g-spot and get pretty turned on. Once my clit came out of hiding I could enjoy the tiny nubs. The sleeve does transmit the vibrations fairly well, but I found myself needing to just snatch it off and use the firm plastic to finish the job. Then again, I usually need loads of pressure to orgasm.

Cleaning is easy, peasy. Antibacterial soap and warm water or a commercial toy cleaner will work fine. It’s waterproof so you don’t have to worry with keeping anything from being submerged. If you do peel the sleeve off to use the vibrator on it’s own, be sure to clean both pieces well, including inside the sleeve, and allow them to dry well before replacing the sleeve. You don’t want to trap any moisture in there and cause any funky growths. If you want to share it with a partner use a condom.

Want one of your own? You can pick it up at EdenFantasys. If it’s not quite what you’re looking for you can check out the other dual stimulation vibrators available or any of their hundreds of other sex toys!

Thanks so much to Cal Exotics for sending me this product to review!

Review: Lace & Mesh Babydoll

It’s been a while since I reviewed any lingerie. It’s not for lack of want to, it’s just that I’m running out of options in my size. Recently Coquette’s Lace and Mesh Babydoll with G-string became available on EdenFantasys. It came in a 1X/2X, so I ordered myself one. It’s flattering, but I have a few issues with the set. I’ll get to those later.

Babydolls and chemises are one the most flattering styles of lingerie. They tend to camouflage the tummy while accentuating the curves by gently grazing them with soft, silky material. Similar to gowns, but much shorter. This particular babydoll is no different. The skirt on the bottom is amazing. It has two layers of a black, semi-sheer material. The top layer is about two inches shorter than the bottom. Each layer is accented with hot pink stitching along the hem. It hangs very sexily against the body, even over the bits that most women are self conscious about.

The bust is a little disappointing. While it’s gorgeous, as far as design goes, it’s still lacking in the support and comfort department. There’s a band of hot pink, lace stretched across the front, just under the bust and each cup is half covered with this same lace, just slightly ruched. Outlining the top of the pink lace on each cup is a strip of black lace with a hot pink, satin ribbon woven through and a thick, hot pink bow in the center. It would seem that Coquette has a fondness for bows recently.

So, my issues? Well, the construction and design is just off. It’s kind of like a halter styled bra, only a very not a supportive one. There is a bra strap across the back with three sets of hooks, but the material is so stretchy that it doesn’t do anything for the breasts. Especially those with larger breasts, which this particular piece is suppose to fit. The cups are huge. I wear a 42 DD or a 40DDD, depending on the brand, and there is still room for another cup size worth of boob when I wear this thing. I think they tried to fudge on the cups by making it a halter style babydoll instead of giving it actual straps, but that actually makes it a whole lot worse. Anyone with large breasts knows how heavy they are and all a halter top does is put the weight of two, gigantic boulders on your neck muscles. It’s painful and it’s very hard to think about sex when you’ve got material digging into your neck as the weight of your breasts pull down on it.

They put so much detail into the piece and it still looks flattering, but I’m just disappointed. They could have reinforced the back strap a bit, specifically the larger sizes, considering bras over a C cup start having more than two hooks. Most of the support for your breasts is suppose to be in the band, and if they would have added hooks accordingly (three hooks for the XL, four for the 1X/2X) as well as put in some less stretchy material on the band, the weight of your breasts would be better supported and spread out, rather than straining your neck.

The babydoll comes with a matching g-string. It’s pretty, but it’s like all other sets. The bottom probably isn’t going to fit you. I was able to wear it, and I do think I prefer g-strings to thongs, as far as comfort goes. I’ve got a mom pooch though, and I never knew if the front panel should go over it or sit under it. Either way, it doesn’t quite look right to me. My husband thinks it’s great, so I guess that’s all that matters. The panties are a black, stretchy material with the same hot pink, lace, overlaid on the front panel. There are two ‘strings’ that go around each hip. Pretty, but not sturdy. Some of the threads snapped the first time I pulled the panties on and immediately started coming undone around the hips. No one would notice just by looking at you wearing it, but it’s there and it’s only a matter of time until they become unusable.

The measurements are:

Bust – 22″ laid flat (44″ around). Doesn’t stretch on the front.
Underbust: 20″ laid flat (40″ around), 24″ stretched (48″ around)
Length: 21″

The hip measurements are irrelevant, though I have 52″ hips and you can see how it fits in the side view picture. The set is made of 82% nylon and 18% spandex. The skirt feels like a high quality microfiber. The top feels like bathing suit material and the cups are padded like a bathing suit top. You’ll want to hand was it, as with all lingerie, and let it air dry. Using a washer or dryer will damage the material.

Visually, the set is gorgeous and will flatter the majority of body types. Structurally, parts of it are lacking that cause a lot of discomfort, particularly for women with large breasts. You can pick it up at EdenFantasys for a very reasonable price. They’ve got a large selection of lingerie to browse if it’s not quite what you’re looking for, and and even bigger selection of sex toys. Why don’t you go check it out?

Review: Bow Mesh Corset

I requested one of the new corsets by Coquette from EdenFantasys for my latest review. I purchased a similar corset right before Christmas and I loved it, so I was pretty sure I would like this one too. I was right.

The Bow Mesh Corset by Coquette is gorgeous. It’s red with lots of pretty black details. The boning is black. There are little black bows randomly scattered all over the place. There’s a lot of thick, ruffling around the bottom of the corset and along the cups. Plus there are 3 larger black, satin bows. One of them is centered between the breasts and then there are two at the bottom over where the garter straps hook on. All of these ribbons and ruffles might be overwhelming or unappealing to some, but it suits me just fine. I love the really feminine look of this piece.

The Bow Mesh Corset is very well made. It’s on the higher end of the spectrum for plastic boned corsets. The plastic boning isn’t as supportive as a metal boned corset is, but it’s flattering to most body shapes. The cups are not very supportive, which was a common complaint about the Polka-Dot Mesh Corset by many. I had the same issue with that corset, but this one seems to have larger cups so it doesn’t make it look like you’re crushing them with your breasts.

The sizing seems to run a bit on the large side, which would be great if this didn’t have hook and eye closures. It would be a bit more customizable if there was a traditional ribbon closure. With the bra style closure you’ll have to be more attentive to the sizing. I wear a 42DD bra and a 16/18 shirt. I picked the 1X/2X size and it’s a bit looser than I would like, but it gets the job done regardless. I feel like if it was just a little tighter, or even if they added one or two more sets of hooks (it’s got two sets about 1/4″ apart) that it would be perfect. The way it is now it just doesn’t quite have enough shaping.

Ruffling along the bottom

The length is perfect for me. I have a long torso and find myself complaining a lot about t-shirts being too short. I’ve also got the dreaded mom pooch and stretch marks. You know, the one where you’ve got this extra skin left over from pregnancy? The length of this and the ruffling along the bottom really help camouflage this area. It’s the only place on my body that I’m terribly self conscious about, and I know that a lot of women are concerned about their bellies too. This corset is flattering and should boost the confidence of any woman. If you’ve got the same sort of body issues that I have and you’re looking for a corset, this style by Coquette is the one I would recommend. Hands down.

Measurements
Bust: 39″ (laid flat and unhooked) stretches to about 44″
Length: The hooks and eyes are 13″ long, with the extra ruffles it’s about 16″ long. From the top of the cup to the bottom in front is 18″ long.

Even with the measurements, it’s very forgiving. I would say that it would fit someone who wears a 46/48 bra size easily and comfortably. I wear a 42 and it’s fairly loose on me.

The Bow Mesh Corset is made of mesh and satin. It’s delicate, like most lingerie, so you’ll want to hand wash it or wash it on the delicate cycle. I would recommend draping it over a shower rod or lying it flat to dry. The plastic boning will conform to your shape after enough wear, and the dryer, even on low, may warp the plastic rods. It comes with 4 garter straps that attach to via these little rubber and metal clips. I’d remove the garter straps when washing and hand wash them separately, just to keep the metal bits from rusting. Also, the hooks and eyes are coated with a black paint that will scrape off with enough fastening. I don’t think that it will take away anything from the aesthetics of the piece, but machine washing may quicken the wearing off of that paint. Store it in a drawer, loosely, to avoid flattening the ruffling and the bows. They’re not very pretty when they’re squished. Other than that, just enjoy how great this corset will make you look!

Why don’t you head over to EdenFantasys check it out? If it’s not quite your style they’ve got a great selection of lingerie to choose from.

Review: SaSi by Je Joue

Je Joue SaSi at EdenFantasys $149.99

When Je Joue began selling their products at EdenFantasys I got pretty excited because there are only so many vibrating phalluses a girl can own before she gets bored. The G-ki and the SaSi are anything but boring. They are some of the most innovative toys I have ever seen. I actually purchased the G-ki first, and after enjoying it so much I bumped the SaSi up a few spots on my wish list.

The SaSi can’t really be described as a clitoral vibrator, because it does a lot more than vibrate. It’s shaped kind of like a computer mouse and there’s a small rolling ball beneath a smooth layer of silicone on the bottom. It sounds kind of like you’re masturbating with an inkjet printer, which is a little loud, but not distracting. Unless you’ve got privacy issues, like a roommate, you shouldn’t have any issues with how much noise it makes. Like a mouse, it’s controlled by five buttons on the top. At first, this can be a bit overwhelming but once you get the hang of things it gets easier. Plus, it has a ‘favourites’ mode so that by the time you’ve got it figured out it just cycles through the patterns you enjoy most anyhow.

There are five buttons, two modes, and eleven or twelve ‘movements’. There is one large button in the center and four smaller buttons around the larger button. Pressing and holding the large button for two seconds will turn the SaSi on. Once it’s on it will flash green, just letting you know it’s on. To choose between modes you’ll need to press the left or right button. A green flashing light indicates the ‘favourites’ mode which will cycle you through the top five movement patterns. The red flashing light will signify that you’re in the ‘customise’ mode, which will take you through all of the movements. Once you’ve decided which mode you want to use you can simply press the center button to begin the movements.

Pressing up or down once will increase or decrease the movement speed. Pressing and holding the up or down buttons will increase or decrease the vibration or change the vibration pattern. Pressing the left and right buttons will cycle you through the previous or next movements.

Confused yet? It’s a lot simpler than it sounds, though there is a learning curve. The movements are just varying ways that the moving ball circles around your clit. The vibrations are similar to any other product you’ve used. They get faster and slower and sometimes they pulsate or do a roller coaster. The movements alone don’t really do anything for me. I have a peek-a-boo clit that sometimes likes to hide under my labia. If I’m really aroused I can feel it, but that takes a lot of foreplay. The best way I can describe the feeling, which I assume is what Je Joue was going for, is a simulation of oral sex. I happen to prefer a ‘flat-tongue’ and a lot of pressure as opposed to a pointy tongue randomly circling my clit. If you enjoy the latter then you will probably love the SaSi. When you’re investing this kind of money in a toy it really helps to know what you like.

It comes in a sturdy, pretty little black box with the company logo in a few different spots. Included in the box are four international electric adapters (EU, UK, USA/Canada/Japan, Australia/NZ), a power transformer, an instruction manual, a one year limited warranty card, a black drawstring storage pouch, and the SaSi. It can be stored in the drawstring pouch or inside the box with all of the adapters, charger and information. You can even leave it on display, if you like, on top of the box with everything else stored inside. You will probably want to set it on top of the box when it’s charging. To recharge it just slide the appropriate adapter into the transformer and plug it in. The hole to recharge it with is hidden beneath a small silicone flap.

After each use, the SaSi should be cleaned with a damp cloth. It’s splash resistant, but you don’t want to put it under a running faucet or use it in the tub/shower. Don’t leave it in standing water. If it gets water damage you void your warranty. No silicone lubes, as with most silicone toys, only water-based lubes to avoid damaging the texture of the toy. If you want to try one out for yourself you can pick it up at EdenFantasys.

Review: Tantus Rascal O2

Tantus Rascal O2 at EdenFantasys $83.99

As satisfied as I was with the Tantus Rascal, when I found the Rascal O2 on sale I knew I needed one. Of course, I picked the pink one (though it also comes in purple and blue). The coloring starts out at the base with a very vibrant hot pink and gradually fades to white at the tip of the dildo.  It’s made of 100% Tantus silicone. It’s non-porous, free of phthalates, hypo-allergenic and completely sterilizable.

The O2 is slightly larger than the regular Rascal. It’s about 5 ½” long with 4 ¾” of that being insertable. It’s 1 ¾” diameter and 5 ½” in circumference. It’s very thick. So thick that it easily stimulates my g-spot, even though there’s no real curve. It has a flared based, making it o-ring harness compatible and safe for anal use (if you’re brave enough for this big boy). Like the Rascal, the O2 has ten raised ribs but what makes it different is the texture of the silicone. It has a firm inner core that is covered with a very, very squishy silicone that mimics the feeling of a real penis. It bends slightly and feels very comfortable when inserted. Because of the squishier silicone you don’t notice the ribs as much as you do with the firmer silicone on the regular Rascal. I can’t decide which I prefer because they both feel absolutely incredible. The only real downside I can see to the texture is that it’s even more of a lint magnet than regular silicone.

You can see the size difference between the Rascal and the O2 here, as well as how large they are compared to a regular size can of refried beans.

The Rascal O2 has a hole in the base where a bullet can be inserted. It comes with a silver, one-speed, push-button bullet  that runs on watch batteries. It’s pretty strong and transmits well throughout the entire toy. Just be sure to put some lube on the inside of the hole before you insert the bullet into the base because if you don’t you will have a really hard time getting it out. I actually wound up destroying one bullet with a pair of needle-nose pliers getting a bullet out of it. The bullet that comes with it runs on three watch-sized batteries, which are kind of hard to come by. The bullet is waterproof if you enjoy masturbating of shower sex. If you like the vibrations you may want to invest in a higher quality bullet to use with it.

A gorgeous view from the top.

For cleaning you can just use mild anti-bacterial soap and water or a commercial toy cleaner. If you need to sterilize it for sharing (with another person or between holes) you can boil it, clean it with a 10% bleach solution or run it through the dishwasher (top rack, no soap). You’ll want to store it away from other silicone toys and avoid silicone based lubricants or you’ll risk damaging the lovely texture of the O2. I keep mine wrapped in saran wrap, but I am purchasing some storage bags for my silicone dildos very soon. You may also want to avoid storing it underneath anything. I noticed some small indentations in the tip of the dildo when it arrived. I assume this is from where it was stored in the warehouse or how it was shipped. Prolonged storage underneath something with corners or something heavy may disfigure your dildo a bit.

I absolutely love the squishy, skin-like texture of this toy. I’ve also found that I prefer shorter, thicker toys. Longer toys tend to bump my cervix painfully. If you like to be filled by the toys you play with then you certainly need to pick yourself up a Tantus Rascal O2. You can find it at this sex shop I trust.

Review: Fascinator Posh Throe

Fascinator Posh Throe

I don’t know if you’ve heard yet, but I learned to squirt a few months ago. I started using folded up towels to protect the bed from getting soaked, but I was starting to get tired of all the extra laundry. When you squirt all over three or four towels you can’t just hang them on the shower rod and re-use them, ya know? I kept going back and forth about buying a throe. They are kind of pricey and I wasn’t really sure it would be worth it. Then my husband and I decided to go to a bed and breakfast for our anniversary and I told him I did not want to explain to the owners why we were going through all of their towels every day, nor did I want to soak the really expensive looking bedding in our gorgeous room. It was decided. I bought the purple Fascinator Posh Throe by Liberator from EdenFantasys.

The first thing I noticed was that the throe was not black and purple, it was solid purple! Some people might be a little upset by this, but I kind of prefer it this way. One side is made of this soft, smooth, velvety, plushy microfiber in a deep purple hue. The other side is a smooth, shiny satin in a lighter shade of purple. There’s a layer sewn into the middle that feels like it’s a plastic tarp. It’s just a thin, waterproof fabric. The throe crunches a but when you’re moving it around but it isn’t really distracting and it doesn‘t make it uncomfortable at all. Sometimes it can be a bit cold to lay on, but most blankets are until your body heats them up. All of the edges are trimmed with the purple plush too. It just looks like a really pretty blanket so no one will wonder what your using it for. Well, unless they think it’s so pretty and they go touch it. Then they might give you a weird look and say ‘why is there a plastic liner in this thing?’ I would just tell them it’s for sex but if that’s too embarrassing for you, you could always tell them you have a bed-wetting problem. Seriously though, if you’re concerned about discretion you can fold it up and store it in a drawer or the linen closet.

The next thing I noticed is that this thing is huge! When I think of a throw I think of the little afghans or mini-blankets people throw over the backs of rocking chairs. The Fascinator Posh Throe is 71” long and 54” wide. I have a queen-sized bed and it stretches out to completely cover the top of the mattress. You would have to train your squirting muscles in the Olympics to land outside of the edges. Seriously. Despite the size, it can be folded up and tucked into a suit case for easy travel. We took ours along on our anniversary trip last month and it was fine. Though we did have an entire suitcase dedicated to just our sex toys. Even so, I’m sure you could find a way to fit it in your suitcase.

It’s completely waterproof, er, uh… sex-proof. It does not matter how messy your sex gets. Lube splatters? Sperm? Female ejaculate? Massage oils? Whipped cream and chocolate sauce? None of it’s going to bleed through to your mattress, or anywhere else you want to have sex. Drape it over the couch or a chair. Lay it down over the carpet. Anywhere you don’t want messy sex residue soaking into the soft surfaces, use the throe. Once your done with your fun, messy, delicious sex just wad the throe up and chunk it in the laundry hamper. Wash it when you do the rest of the laundry. Make sure to wash it cold with similar colors (lights, darks, whites…) and dry it on -low- heat. If you use regular heat you risk melting the inner liner and you don’t want to do that. The throe is far too expensive and far too valuable to ruin it on something as silly as laundering instructions. If you don’t have time to wait on a low-heat dry (say, if you don’t own a washer/dryer in your home or something) just hang it over a shower rod or something to dry. Take care of your investment!

Whether you’re having messy sex or masturbating, Fascinator Posh Throe is a necessity. Believe me. You want one.

Review: Hearts Leather Whip

My husband and I recently decided it was about time we expanded our impact play collection. We  were browsing the choices at Eden Fantasys and decided to request the Hearts Leather Whip by PHS International. This particular type of whip is actually of the flogger variety, which just means it’s a whip with a lot of tails. Twenty-two, fourteen inch long tails to be exact. Floggers are typically used to strike people in BDSM type play and this one is a wonderful option.

From what I can tell, there is a 1” thick wooden dowel rod in the center. It looks to be painted a mahogany color. The handle is about 6” long, so I’m guessing the length of the dowel is about that as well. It’s wrapped in real black leather. First with the strips of the flogger and then with a solid piece. The outer layer of leather is secured with five, evenly spaced metal brads. Between each brad are two small, red hearts facing opposite directions. Wrapped around the top and bottom of the handle is another half inch wide strip of black leather. There’s also another slender strip of leather secured to the base where a metal D-ring is attached for storage purposes.

The straps are all about ¼” wide and each has an angled tip. This adds to the variety of sensations you can receive from this flogger.  It’s very light weight and comfortable to use, so you should be able to use it for lengthier play sessions if you need to. It’s newbie friendly so you could use it to play around and learn what types of impact play you like, but it’s sturdy enough that I believe a lot of hardcore BDSM folks would enjoy using it. You can deliver soft and strong blows and drag the soft leather across the skin. It all depends on what you like. You should definitely be cautious when trying out something like this for the first time though, because you can do some serious damage if you don’t know what you’re doing with impact toys. There are sensitive areas of the body that you should avoid hitting (for example: around the kidneys). You may want to do a bit of research if you intend to do anything more than a little light playing.

The flogger delivers a high-pitched slapping sound. It makes me think of those slap bracelets, but like 22 of them going off at once. The tails are weighty enough that they all seem to hit together, but the sensation is spread out over wherever they land.  They also wrap around any curves that you’re aiming at, which can feel pretty nice. If you hit hard enough you’ll leave marks, but you can play with this and not leave any too.  Neither of us are into hitting hard enough to leave bruises or welts, so I can’t post pictures of my black and blue bottom. I can say that it feels really nice to be hit with it and it doesn’t take much force to deliver a satisfying smack.

It does tend to shed a bit. The underside of the straps is not finished like the outside. Even in some of the pictures you can notice the black bits all over the blanket. I assume this will settle down once it gets a bit more use. If you need to clean it you should just wipe it down with a damp rag and allow it to dry before storing it. It’s pretty durable, but you should either hang it or lie it neatly in a drawer to avoid damaging it.

Overall, it’s a great whip. It’s well made. It looks and feels nice. It suits our needs perfectly. If you’re interested in this or any other sex toys you should visit this sex shop I trust and pick something up.

Review: Rascal by Tantus

The Tantus Rascal is a thick, ribbed, solid dildo. It’s perfect for women who love that ‘full’ feeling and lots of texture.

It’s made of 100% silicone, which is non-porous, phthalate free, hypo-allergenic, odorless, and tasteless. This particular silicone is slick, so if you enjoy the drag you get from matte silicone you may not like the Rascal. It’s very firm and solid. It doesn’t bend and it has very little give. The head is rounded, tapering quickly into the widest point. It’s got ten ribs that you can really feel stimulating the sensitive nerves in the entrance of your vagina. It’s only 5 1/2″ long (5 of them being insertable). This may seem short to some, but it more than makes up for that with it’s 5 1/2″ circumference. With all that thickness and texture you may find yourself needing to warm up with a smaller toy.

It has a flared base so it’s safe for anal play, if you’re brave enough for that much girth. It’s also o-ring harness compatible, which is my favorite way for my husband to use it. It comes with a silver, push-button bullet that runs on 3 watch batteries. The bullet fits into a small hole in the base of the toy and creates a nice, deep vibration that can be felt throughout the toy. If you’ve got a better bullet you may be able to fit it into the hole and use it instead. Unfortunately the bullet that came with the dildo got stuck inside the base, even with a bit of lube on it. I tried getting it out with pliers and it just scratched the silver finish off part of it. It’s fine because I can still change the batteries when necessary.

Tantus silicone is sturdy and safe to use. For basic cleaning you can just wash it with mild soap and water or a commercial toy cleaner. For sharing (between holes and/or people) you’ll want to either boil it, soak it in a 10% bleach solution or run it through the dishwasher (top rack. no soap.) It’s a bit of a lint magnet so you’ll probably find yourself rinsing it off before each use. Especially if you have pets.

I really love this dildo, so much that I even bought the Rascal 02. If you are a lover of girth, texture and firmness you absolutely need this toy. Go get yourself one from Eden Fantasys!
